We started our services 17 years ago with the idea that non-Portuguese buyers have somewhat different needs than our local buyers, so we specialized mostly in international sales. Nowadays this approach is more common, but 17years ago on the Silver Coast, this idea was ground-breaking. Through the years we found the way to make a real estate transaction easier to our clients and help to find a smooth transition from one country to another. Working with foreign clients provided us an experience that has grown through the years.

As years passed,

In the last few years, we have diversified our business with opening a Holliday Rental Department. Our fee for this service is lower than usual, but it is only available for clients who bought the rental property through our company.  This service was requested by our clients who did not want to trust rental activities and the safety of their homes to any other company.
