1 - Land / Lot Acquisition

2- Projects and Architecture

We are able to put you in more personalized and direct contact with several renowned architects and engineers. Starting with the owner's original concept in relation to the design of the house, these professionals will work together with you and will base the design plan on your sketch, your idea. Through advice on how to maximize your design and materials to be used, with the primary objective of creating the greatest comfort and return on your investment.

Based on the final objective of the house: what would be the ideal size, what type of construction for that location, what are the specific needs and what would be its main use. Or what is the target audience in the case of resale.

We will address any relevant issues that may arise.

3- Budgeting

Once the architectural project is finished, we can ask for quotes from construction companies. After choosing the most interesting company/budget, the details, payments, terms and conditions, the Work Contract can be drawn up.

4- Construction

As soon as the first layer of cement is poured into the ground to aluminum, tiles, kitchens, bathrooms and finishing, and everything with respective deadlines and payments.

It is important to understand that the construction step is not always an easy process.
