In agreement with you and based on our past experience, we will first advise you on the rates that can be applied for the rental of your house,depending on the location of the home and the services you want to offer.

We can take care of all the administrative procedures necessary to obtain rental licenses (AL number) in accordance with the legislation of the county and help you with your tax declarations.

We can take care of the listing of your property online. We have partner ing sites with whomwe have been working for severa lyears. We will provide high-quality photos, description or virtual tours of the property.

We also advertise your proprety to our existing clients. We have a portfolio of clients renting throug hour company for many years.

Our service also includes:

• Custody of the keys to the property (our responsibility is engaged)
• Visits to properties in the event of bad weather, among othert hings, as often as necessary
• Customer check-in and check-out
• House keeping before and after the arrival of clients
• Laundry and dry cleaning service
• Monitoring of cleaning services for swimming pools or gardens.
• Transportation of customers between the airport and home if necessary
